Meet Chelsie Schroeder, Banquet/Pastry Chef

Biography
Chef Chelsie Schroeder is a Banquet and Pastry Chef at Catering Creations. Chef Schroeder has been with our company since July 2007. She works with our culinary team at our commissary kitchen preparing catered menus and she also works at many of our events as an off-site kitchen manager.
Chef Schroeder is a graduate of the California School of Culinary Arts with and Associate’s Degree from A Le Cordon Bleu Program. In Los Angeles she participated in the Share Our Strength Food Drive and was a member of the 2006 After Hours Grammy Awards Catering Team. In 2009, she was excited to meet Chef Duff from Food Network's "ACE of Cakes" in our company's participation with the Omaha Food Bank's Annual Celebrity Chef Gala. Another highlight of her tenure with Catering Creations was catering for one of her favorite bands "Cage the Elephant", seeing them in the Acoustic Lounge, and then having them recognize her at their concert that same night!
Chef Schroeder has a passion for desserts. Her favorite pastime is reading dessert recipes and then trying them out by adding her own special twist to make them especially delectable. Chef Schroeder prepares all of our desserts and petit fours for our catered events. And don't get us started on the Blissful Delight she brings when she makes her homemade croissants or pizza dough!
