Sarah started with Catering Creations in August of 2016. Sarah has been in the food service industry since she was 15, where she started working at her small town soda fountain in Louisville Nebraska. She said she was inspired by her grandma who was always in the kitchen cooking & baking for everyone, there was never a shortage of fresh baked cookies.

Sarah graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis in 2004. Upon graduation, Sarah worked at the Hilton Omaha for close to 10 years. While at the Hilton, she had the pleasure to cook for President George W. Bush and numerous other celebrities including Paula Abdul, who ordered cheesecake & said that was the best she’s ever had.

Sarah’s favorite part of her job is testing and coming up with new dessert ideas. There’s never a shortage of taste testers in the kitchen! In her off time Sarah enjoys going to movies, concerts, crafting & hanging out with family & friends.
