Patrick has been cooking since he was a young boy with his family.  He became inspired by Famous Chefs such as Jacques Pepin and Julia Child and from there a Chef Superstar named Patrick was Born!

Patrick attended and studied at Metro Community College, The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde New York, and also the California Culinary Academy.  Before coming to Catering Creations, he worked in several local country clubs and apprenticed under Leonel Have at the Omaha Country Club.  He’s worked events of all styles and sizes and has participated and won several local cooking competitions.

Patrick has been working for Catering Creations since September of 2014 and his favorite thing about his job is the daily changing experience and the variety of venues.  His favorite thing to cook is any cut of beef (because he likes to EAT any cut of beef!  LOL!).  But Patrick also prides himself on the numerous cooking styles and flavors he can prepare.  He enjoys spending time with his family and has a very extensive gardening hobby. He grows a variety of 10 to 12 crops each year and always shares home-grown veggies with his co-workers!  Patrick is also a professional connoisseur of Donuts (his favorite food).  So why “donut” you ask him some questions about donuts?
