Jennifer Snow, Owner/Director of Sales

Favorite Menu Item:  Spinach and Artichoke Lasagna

Jennifer is our Director of Sales and one of our Owners. She has worked for the company since its inception wearing many hats for the different tasks she works on each day.

While attending the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Jennifer had her first “tastes” of the food industry working as a Waitress and Bartender at several upscale restaurants in Omaha including the French Café, Vivace, and Upstream. After receiving her degree, Jennifer worked as a Food and Beverage Manager for the Clarion Hotel and then as a Food Broker marketing foodservice products to restaurants for several national brands such as Tyson, Campbell’s, and Jennie-O. Leaving the food industry for 6 years, Jennifer became a Stock Broker and Training Manager in Customer Service at a National Investment Firm. She left this position in 2004 in order to help grow the family business and she brought her amazing Customer Service Training Skills with her.

“How did I get the Business Title of Senior Taste Tester?  I had 4 years of Undergraduate Tasting Education plus a 2 year Master’s Program in Tasting.  After 10+ years of actual field work, I became a Senior Taste Tester.  It’s been a long process, but I’ve, ‘eck-hem’, endured the training very well. Ok, Ok, really I just sample a lot of our foods!  It’s awesome!”

Jennifer loves planning events and the challenges that being a business owner present.  She is very team oriented and knows that a large part of the company’s success is due to the people they have chosen to employ.  Jennifer enjoys coming to work each day to be with such a great group of people.  She also enjoys working with clients to get them exactly what they want for the price they want to pay and she truly understands the corporate and fundraising motivations.

Jennifer spends time volunteering for several charitable organizations and for her children’s school. Because of their strong ties to the Omaha Community, Catering Creations donates at least 10% of their profits to local charities.

Jennifer loves eating out with her husband and kids and trying new wines, foods, and restaurants.  They love travelling and furthering their culinary experience with new foods at restaurants all over the country.  And as expected, they love hosting parties and dinners for their friends at their home.

Jennifer and Jeff are blessed with a son and a daughter.  Their son tells them that when he grows up, he wants to sell ice cream and if that doesn’t work out, he will become a Chef like his Dad.  Their daughter tells them that she wants to be a mom, a doctor, a veterinarian, a teacher, AND a chef.
