Favorite Menu Item: Grilled Flatbread with Boursin Cheese, Prosciutto, Mozzarella, Red Grapes & Arugula
Cat is originally from Minnesota and has been involved in the food service industry since she was 13 years old. While studying Music in college, she worked in restaurants and most recently was the head bartender for Madden’s Resort in Minnesota.
She moved to Nebraska in 2015 when she started working for Catering Creations as an Event Manager. Her favorite thing about her job would have to be the coworkers and work atmosphere, and she is passionate about creating a great culture for those on her team. In addition to handling logistics and execution of our events, she heads up our training, as well as event & signage design. Cat is very knowledgeable and hardworking, but will be one of the first people to crack a joke during a silent moment.
She’s excellent at graphic design, enjoys making cocktails for us to try, and loves talking all things sports & music.
